Mobile Mortgage Consultants- Full Time Position

We are now expanding and looking for qualified ex-bankers or finance professionals to be full time mortgage consultants for both commercial and residential properties loan.

What you are required to do

• To follow up with sales leads given by the company.
• To provide a high level of professionalism in conducting consultations, providing quotations and profiling of customers.
• To provide quality, efficient after sales services.
• To prepare and consolidate accurate reports on sales activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in commercial banking sales preferred or sales experience in general.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Recognized Degree and/or Professional Qualifications (CPA, CFA, CFD ).
• Home loans specialist in banks are welcome to apply.
• Existing telemarketers in banking and finance industry will be considered too.
• Expected to work on weekend.

Remuneration

• Mortgage consultants will be salaried + commission based.

Telemarketing Specialist

Responsibility:

• Must have strong desire to make outbound calls to identify sales opportunities, effectively present key features and benefits of the product(s)
• Focus on generating qualified leads, profiling database and event campaigns
• Produce weekly sales and pipeline reports
• Prospect and secure sales deals or interest via phone

Requirements:

• Hourly rates ranging from $8/hour to $10/hour, depending on experience
• Success bonus will be given to for any successful sales closed or interested generated.
• Experience in Telesales/Telemarketing is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Responsible, committed, self-motivated and independent
• PC literate
• Fluent in English and able to speak a 2nd language is an advantage – Mandarin, Malay and Tamil
• Fresh graduates / entry level applications / housewife who are passionate in telesales are encouraged to apply.
• Singaporeans or Singapore PRs only.
